Pearland JV White shuts out Alvin 44-0
The Pearland Junior Varsity White team finished the season with a perfect 8-0 mark after blanking Alvin 44-0 in the season finale for both teams. The Oilers had two games cancelled during the season due to Hurricane Rita.

Isaiah Peel was the offensive leader for the Oilers scoring three touchdowns while quarterback Cody Donaldson tossed a scoring pass to Jake Peters. Peters also added another score on the ground. Jake Durham got in on the scoring marathon with a 15-yard dash for a touchdown. Robbie Hersch hit 5-of-6 extra points and added a 30-yard field goal to complete the 44-0 rout.

Devin Cooper recovered a fumble on the defensive side while linebacker Bill Trigg posted several tackles resulting in losses to help thwart any offensive threat by Alvin.
